On July 15th,2024,our company held the 2024 mid-year summary and quarterly birthday party in the beethoven hall of the Vienna Intenational Hotel.the heads of each department made a summary report about the work in the first half of the year and arrange it for the second half of the year. The goals and tasks for the second half of the year have been clarified ,and  continue to be pushed to a new level and created to a new achievements.

The workers awarded gifts and be taken photoes together that who's birthday on May,June and July .

At the event meeting ,Executive Director Huang delivered a speech first.He compared the current sales performance of company in 2024 with the last year's situation ,and made an investigative summary ,saying that the next step will be with the concerted efforts of all of us .The sales performance is getting better and better.It is necessary 

to clarify the follow-up working plans and priorities of each department ,and strive to achieve the company's goals setting .

Secondly ,the two sales managers summarized their department and the personal sales performance in the first half of the year,analyzed exisiting problems and proposed solution strategied,and clarified the department's work plan and focus for the second half of the year.

Later ,Manager Luo summarized the work of production and logistics in the first half of the year,saying that the production output showed an upward trend compared with last year,made a simple deployment of the work plan for the second half of the year and stated that the company's sales in the second half of the year .The performance will be higher than that of the first half of the year,and the company will get better and better.
